Peaceful Home Inspections is an Indiana state licensed company that serves the greater Indianapolis area including but not limited to such counties as Boone, Brown, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Johnson, Marion, Morgan, Putnam, and Shelby.
Our mission is to provide peace of mind for our clients by performing quality and comprehensive home inspections. We seek to describe to our clients what services we perform, evaluate each section of the property inspected according to Indiana standards of practice, and give direction to them in response to our findings.

OWNER
Jay Bailey is the owner of Peaceful Home Inspections, LLC. Jay completed over 160 hours of professional training through American Home Inspectors Training and received his Indiana state license for home inspectors, equipping him with the technical knowledge and field skills needed to deliver thorough, reliable property evaluations.
Jay earned a B.A. in Entomology (the study of insects) from Purdue University and has worked in the pest control industry for over three years. His background gives him a trained eye for identifying wood-destroying insects, moisture-related issues, and other conditions that can affect a home’s structure and safety.
Known for his detail-oriented approach and clear, honest reporting style, Jay focuses on helping clients fully understand a property’s condition so they can make confident decisions. He takes pride in being responsive, educational, and easy to work with throughout the inspection process. Outside of work, Jay is a proud father of two and a loving husband to his wife, Kelley.
